1. Does the prices on the website included delivery fee?


No. Shipping costs will be added where applicable. When you enter your shipping address at the checkout page, it will show you the exact fee.


You might also be in charge of paying additional tax and duties according to the local law of shipping destination. Please contact us for further consultation if needed.


2. Can I exchange my command or get a refund?


We currently do not offer any exchange or refund option. However, our policy might be changed in the next few months. We will keep you update.


3. Which payment methods are accepted on the website? 


We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

4. How can I receive discount code?
