Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping restriction
According to high risk of package loss, we do not offer any shipping option to following countries : Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korean, Palestinian Territory, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Ukraine, Zimbabwe.

Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 3-14 business days, depending on shipping address or the provenance of artworks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holiday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping method:
We are in partnership with Boxtal to get the most attractive deals for delivering your order. Please consult their website http://www.boxtal.com in order to check all available shipping methods to your destination.
You can also see the estimated fee of shipping while entering your address at the checkout section. Keep in mind that our shipping fees are generated based on Boxtal average flat rate, which might slightly differ from the original site.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
TiA Talent is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Please consult local tax policy at your home country to get the correct response.
Damages
TiA Talent is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
