TiA Talent takes a holistic approach to artist collaboration. To ensure a successful and enduring partnership, the agency goes beyond CVs and portfolios. Here’s the unique process before commencing any collaboration:
Step 1: 15 mins Introduction Video Call
- An initial video call to introduce the artist to TiA Talent, allowing both parties to share insights and energy.
Step 2: 30 mins Questionnaire
- A comprehensive questionnaire designed to delve into the artist’s vision, motivations, values, short terms and long-term goals. Your responses allow us to know if we have potentials to build partnership.
Step 3: Sending Proposal via Email
- After analysing the questionnaire, TiA crafts a detailed proposal based on the insights gathered, outlining the collaborative journey ahead.
Step 4: Signing official contract
- When both parties agree to all conditions, another meeting is added to officially formalize the collaboration.
